A DVD box set we picked up in England was this containing all 74 shows of On the Buses that screened between 1969 and 1973 plus a few bonus features. It starred Reg Varney as a suburban double-deck bus driver and his best friend busman who, both single, spend most of their leisure and quite a lot of their work time pursuing females, including conductresses of the buses, a.k.a. 'clippies'. However, they have to contend with the slow but devious depot inspector. Some of the early episodes were b/w, but the majority were color. Recommended not just for bus people, but for those into classic British comedy.
