Ross Church owns a classic car business, selling and restoring old cars, and now he is the new mayor of the Kapiti Coast. We commented in earlier posts on his awful predecessor Ms Rowan and her absurd obsession with water meters - she only polled third, and while it's unlikely enough locals saw our posts to make any impact, it's pleasing that plenty of others had the same view.
