This metre-gauge system of about 48 km and 14 lines still operates a handful of Timis T2 tramcars, built in 1970s and 1980s by Electrometal Timisoara, and Czech Tatra T4R tramcars, but these have been largely replaced in recent years by a large influx of second hand tramcars from various German systems
