more shake rattle and roll for Wellington

The earthquake yesterday afternoon, centered in the Marlborough region, was rated at 6.6 on the Richter scale and was more strongly felt in Wellington than the one in July, but again damage to buildings and infrastructure was minimal.  However, even in Wellington there are limits to how much the city can withstand, and the risk of the "big one" is always there.
