This was the first movie based on the popular TV comedy show at the time, set somewhere in the Greater London area. Here the 'clippie' has just finished changing the destination roll, while the inspector (left) has just arrived to express dismay that the conductor (center) and driver are taking more interest in a hot woman than their duties.
The movie was one of the top 5 most popular in Britain of that year.
