I really enjoyed this video. Amazing engineering/tunnel work , love to make the trip. Does anyone know why there are gates at both ends of tunnel 32 also the excessive noise whilst passing through. Sounds like the engineer had his family in the cab going by noise of children. Also I noticed on the downward trip just near the last tunnel how vehicles stopping at railway crossings on compulsory signs is not just an NZ problem. Thanks for sharing this on the blog page.
