Circa 1901-03 Oldsmobile Curved Dash (CDO). It looks to have been put on smaller than original wheels, presumably to suit tyres available at the time. Even though the car only 50 years old at that time it is only in more recent eyars that makers have bene making tyres to suit the early model cars.
