Tatra KT4D-C trams in Zwickau, Germany

The Type KT4D Tatra tramcars formed the city scene of Zwickau for several years. After in 1987 the first short-coupled articulated power cars from Plauen (ex.222 now as 927) took over and were successfully tested in the years 1987-88 another 27 cars were obtained, numbered 927-954. 

As the number of new vehicles was not yet needed, 10 power cars were relocated to Plauen. 

Only in 1990 came the deployment of new cars from Prague, but this time only five of them.
