The "London Grand Prix" was an event held at the Crystal Palace track in South-East London. It was first run in 1937 when the final was won by Prince Bira in an E.R.A. In 1938, Bira won again. The 1939 event was scheduled for October 7th but, of course, was never run due to the outbreak of WW2 in September.
