The description obviously relates to the engine size (397 cubic inches). It's unclear what this work was produced for but probably promotional purposes.

Columbia River Gorge trains viewed by drone

Railfan Dan has produced a number of very nice videos of trains of the Northwest and Southwest USA using drones.  As most readers know, the Columbia River in this area is the State Line between Oregon and Washington.

the locomotive builders -- English Electric documentary

 

English Electric built several of NZR's electric and diesels from the 1920s to the 1960s. There is footage of Ew's hauling petrol trains on the Wellington to Paekakariki section of the NIMT at the 19-minute mark.
