The 2300 class are former 1550 and 2400, 2450 and 2470 class that were rebuilt between 1997 and 2002. This one was a former 2450.
Giessenbach Station, Austria
With an ÖBB Talent class electric multiple unit. This is a halt for this village for local trains between Innsbruck and Scharnitz, which is the next station up just before the German border. As can be seen, it nevertheless has a sizable building from when the line was built in 1912.

Colmar station, France
The first Colmar station was inaugurated in 1840 by the Compagnie du chemin de fer de Strasbourg à Bâle. The present station dates from 1907 from the 1871-1919 era when Alsace was under German administration.
Swiss railway art
SBB/CFF electric locomotive Ae6/6 Ticino on the Gotthard Lavorgo Spiral in Switzerland, a painting by Gerald Savine who was born in London in October 1945 and attended the Harrow School of Art from 1959-1965.
All profits from a signed limited edition of 600 prints (image size 420 x 330mm) go to the Swiss preservation society for the locomotive in the painting.
