1960s Scania-Vabis CR76 bus
Scania-Vabis CR76 had rear-mounted diesel engines. In 1971, the CR76 was updated to the CR111 also known as the 'silent' bus as the noise output from the engine was exceptionally quiet -- its noise level was less than 77dBA. (Scania pic)
