With an SD40-2 on the point. The 4th unit could be a DD35.

Three SD45's(not an SD40-2) on the head, and a DD35A on the rear. The DD35 was a B-unit only. The train is on the North Yard bypass built in 1942 to avoid wartime congestion there.
