Obviously issued in the late 1990s or in 2000. The airline went bust just over a year later in September 2001. At the time it was owned by Air NZ -- one of their notoriously bad management decisions, requiring a government bailout in the form of a big share purchase. However, it was a good news story for the taxpayer as the shares steadily recovered in value in the following years.
