Proceedings against a 49-y-o Düsseldorfer who last summer kicked a Muslima in the shin have been abandoned. The very shortsighted man could be believed that he thought it was a black rubbish bag that had illegally been disposed of on the sidewalk in front of his house and he kicked it away with a powerful step. The Muslim asylum seeker experienced a broken bone and several bruises.
