It was ordered by Steven Joyce to attack the railways in 2009 which it duly did (see earlier post) and it has had another go as reported here
There is plenty that can and should be said about the glass tower simpletons generally and these notions in particular, and others will be sure to respond to this latest ridiculousness.
Here are just two points:
* The $200 million of capital expenditure a year since 2010 referred to only begins to address the 14 years of deferred maintenance and neglect under the Fay Richwhite gang and Toll Australia
* With much of the network being closed down, again under Steven Joyce's direction, it is any surprise that revenue hasn't increased in that time?
