Similar in theme but more subtle than the the Russian/Danish approach is the Czech Republic's use of attractive policewomen on the side of the road, not topless but miniskirted - made of cardboard. According to the mayor of the town called Mrakotin, it works. But there were disappearances reported of a few cutouts...
