Cape Frehel lighthouse, France

This lighthouse at Plévenon, Côtes-d'Armor, is not as old as it may seem, built over 1946 to 1950. The tower is  32.85 metres tall, giving the light an elevation of 85 metres visible over 29 miles.  The flash is 2 bursts of white, for 12 seconds. It is automated.  To the left of the lighthouse in the pic is the Tour Vauban.
