But is he right?  Probably in the very long term.  Overpopulation is a standard feature of Third World countries -- and the primary cause of their poverty -- and migrants transplanting themselves to advanced countries when they have zero interest in assimilating their new surroundings, continue as before.  Invariably they will have a fixed place at the bottom of the socio-economic heap, the position that Hispanics from south of the border have in America.
