Terence Cuneo (1907-1996) was one of the great British railway artists of the 20th century (some put him at the top), but he didn't just paint railways, or confine himself to British subjects. This painting, now in the National Railway Museum at York, shows an ex-Nord 2–3–0 (i.e. 4-6-0) at the SNCF Boulogne engine shed.
