Mack-Brill railbus on the Buffalo Creek & Gauley, West Virginia


This was acquired second hand in 1941, a 1921-built Mack Model AC railbus of which the chassis was by Mack, the truck people, and the body was built by Brill.  A full history of this shortline, which lasted 1904-1965, with lots of info and nice photos is here. Today work being done by the BC&G Co-Operative to establish a tourist line on the former BC&G track
