Issued in pre-Euro days. They look like Paul Delvaux artworks (see earlier post).

Are these actually Belgian stamps? the amounts seem very high and I can't find any with B on them in my Stanley Gibbons catalogue. I am interested in the fact that they appear to show paintings by Paul Delvaux
At the official exchange rate in 2000, the amounts convert to EUR 6.20 and 12.4 respectively, which isn't particularly high for parcels? They may be stamps issued by the SNCB or state railways, rather than by the Post Office, for parcels.
