Det Danske Luftfartselskab, 1936
DDL of Denmark was founded in 1918 and claimed to be the world's oldest aviation operator, although it didn't start its first scheduled route until August 1920. It became part of Scandinavian Airlines in 1946.
The poster from 1936 probably shows a Fokker F.XII tri-motor, the newest aircraft it had at the time.
This was a high-winged monoplane airliner produced in the 1930s by the Dutch aircraft manufacturer Fokker. Its specifications:
* Crew: 4
* Capacity: up to 18 passengers
* Length: 17.80 m
* Wingspan: 23.02 m
* Height: 4.75 m
* Empty weight: 4,350 kg (9,590 lb)
* Loaded weight: 7,250 kg (15,984 lb)
* Powerplant: 3× Pratt & Whitney Wasp C radial, 317 kW (425 hp) each
* Cruise speed: 205 km/h (127 mph)
