non-fiction writer's award from CLL

It's good to see the private sector offering non-fiction writing awards to people that the Ministry of Culture and Heritage turns down because the applicants don't wear the right "old school tie".

Copyright Licensing Ltd or CLL, which collects fees on behalf of member publishers from institutions that make copies of their books (we are a member), provides two annual such awards of $35,000 - details including past recipients are given on the letter shown above.
