Boeing 787 lands in the Southern Hemisphere

In Auckland yesterday to be precise.  Air NZ has ordered 8 of them which were expected last year but are now expected in 2014.  Intended as a lighter, more fuel efficient alternative to the 767, the 787 will have features such as wind gust turbulence reduction and the air in the cabin will not be as dry as in present aircraft.
