1951 Mercedes-Benz 300 S art


Seen as Germany's answer to the Cadillac, the "W188" type 300 S was Mercedes-Benz's top-end vehicle on its presentation at the Paris Salon d'Automobile in October 1951. It was available as a 2+2 coupe, cabriolet (with landau bars, officially Cabriolet A, as in this pic), or roadster. The model was produced until 1958.
