Lodz trams, Poland, WW2
Photos taken during German occupation, probably by a Wehrmacht photographer. The Lodz (roughy pronounced 'Woodge') system is metre-gauge. It was the first city in Poland to have a fully electrified tram system, which dates from 1898.
