NZ customers - please give us courier delivery addresses only

Because of the extremely slow delivery times by NZ Post these days - it's not unusual for even Wellington to Auckland to take a week - not to mention their propensity for losing parcels completely, we will no longer send anything within NZ via NZ Post - that means do not give a PO Box as an address for your orders; please give us a courier delivery address.  If no-one is at home during the day, give us a work address.
