British Railways Class 87 stamp
A total of 36 of this Bo-Bo type electric for the line between London and Glasgow were built over 1973-1975, replaced eventually by the Class 90. They had a 5,000 hp (3,730 kW) output and were powered from 25 kV AC overhead.
