new NZ give-way rules apply from this Sunday

from 5 am Sunday the red car has to give-way to the green car in these two situations.

As mentioned in an earlier post, NZ has had a peculiar (and since 1993, unique) give-way or yield rule at intersections.  On Sunday it changes.

For people arriving from overseas there is no problem - you just do as at home.  NZers, however, have to change 35 years of habit - here's hoping!
