Doncaster trolleybus number 375, a 1945 Sunbeam W with a 1955 Roe body, seen in 1955. By 14 December 1963 it was the only trolleybus remaining in service and on that day made the last journeys -- to Beckett Road in the northwest of Doncaster. The return to the depot at the end of the day marked the end of 35 years of trolleybus operation in the city.
Fortunately 375 was preserved and regularly operates close to its hometown at the Sandtoft Trolleybus Museum. website
