One of a series of print advertisements.  Brazil is one of 10 countries focused on by the Bloomberg Global Road Safety Program that account for more than 600,000 deaths annually; in Brazil's case 35,000 - although that is dwarfed by 196,000 in India and 220,000 in China.  Washington Post article
(This erroneously states that the annual total of U.S. road fatalities follows China - the actual annual total in the U.S. is about 32,000 according to this article in the same newspaper!)
