the White Pass & Yukon's class 90 General Electric diesels

A 1960s postcard showing two of the five Class 90 diesel-electrics built for the White Pass & Yukon Railroad (3 ft / 915 mm gauge) in Alaska/British Columbia in the 1950s and 1960s.  These were Co-Co type and relatively low powered with 890 hp Alco prime movers.

More info and pics here.  Another post about the White Pass & Yukon tourist train operation soon.
