At the time of the postcard from about a century ago, Shalabag on the Quetta Railway was in India; now it is in the Baluchistan region of Pakistan and spelled Shela Bagh. The railway is still in operation as is the 3.91 km long Khojak Tunnel although the turrets have been truncated - rather a shame. It is at a high 1,945 metres altitude.
