narrow gauge 'trams' at Brielle, Netherlands

Does that loco have a body made of wood?  Photo dated 23 September 1965.
Another photo from 1965.
According to this webpage, Brielle, a town 35 km southwest of Rotterdam, was connected to Rotterdam by one of a number of narrow gauge 3'6" (1067 mm) rail lines over a century ago. They were closed in 1966.
