I think this pic is more likely early 1950s as the car sixth in from right is a Vauxhall E Series first seen in mid 1952.
In order from the right I think the cars are ; circa 1946-7 Chevrolet, 1940 Plymouth, 1932 Ford cabriolet, 1939 or 1940 Ford, circa 1938 Chrysler product (maybe Dodge or Plymouth), then the Vauxhall, then a Buick sedanette from about 1948, then a VW Beetle and then a 1946-8 Ford. The grey convertible in the street maybe another Ford of 1933 or 1934.
