the top of Mt Grouse in Vancouver, Canada


This is the highest peak visible from Vancouver at 1,231 metres (4,039 ft).  It has an aerial cableway a.k.a. gondola, the Super Skyride which holds several dozen passengers up most of the ascent from the base, but the last part involves a chairlift, visible.  It wasn't working this day, however, so we had to climb the path on foot.
