Clearly German authorities are well aware of the problem, despite Mama Merkel's orders to law enforcement and the mainstream media to hush it up as much as they can.

So what's their answer?  Deport the Muslim criminals?  Of course not; instead encourage the Muslims to engage in consensual sex.
