Ferrari interior promo pic

Judging from the bricks in the background and the right-hand-drive, this was probably taken in the UK.  The thought that occurs is, with a new Ferrari price tag of close to £200,000 ($US 285,00) there, isn't that interior a bit cheap looking?

What benefits do a car like this bring other than it can accelerate fast and attract passengers like the one in the pic?  On most German autobahnen you can experience the maximum speed it will get to, but not in the UK (or the US and A/NZ either).  Presumably it's a status symbol for bank executives and lawyers, but would a Rolls Royce not do that better?
