Having mentioned it, here is a pic of this ferry by James W. Jeffrey taken in the early 1960s. The ship was built in 1953 for the Caledonian Steam Packet Co. Ltd of Glasgow. Specifications: 508 grt, Length 165 feet (50.3 metres), Breadth 28 feet (8.5 metres), Draught 6 feet (1.8 metres). In 1972 she was sold to a firm in Naples and converted to a ro-ro passenger and vehicle ferry. More info here.
