This is the society, whose full name is the Wellington Heritage Multiple Unit Preservation Trust, which is restoring and preserving the English Electric-built three-car electric multiple unit affectionately named 'Cyclops' which was used on the Wellington network, and for a while in restored form reused pending the arrival of the new Matangi units.
