Seen mounted as a monument at Nowy Sacz a few years ago. A total 209 were produced between 1950 and 1958, 191 for the PKP and 18 as works engines. This was produced in 1956 at the Fabryka Lokomotyw (locomotive factory) Feliksa Dzierżyńskiego in Chrzanów. It was used in Bielsko-Biala, before being transferred to the maintenance depot in Nowy Sacz in 1969. It was withdrawn from service in 1986.
