Tube train sauna

 

A Twitter tweet reproduced in this Daily Mail article headed "Sweltering Britons hit by chaos on the rail network and melting roads as temperatures pass 33C" 

Just that 33C or 91F would hardly rate a mention in the U.S.  About a month ago we were driving through Utah at about 7 pm and the temperature outside was showing on the car dashboard as 95F (35C).  100F + temperatures are nothing unusual once you get away from the coast.  Fortunately, west of the Rockies it's a dry heat; in Texas and the East Coast it's often like a sauna.
