SNCB electric multiple unit AM 75 class

Seen inside the grand Antwerp station.
The automotrices of the série 08 (or AM 75), more often called Quadruples or AM 800,were built from 1975 to 1979, a total of 44 sets.

They can be attached to classic AM sets but can't be intercoupled.

Numbered 801 to 844 they all have a bordeaux livery; originally this was grey with an orange band.

Until recently there will still some with the original interiors but this is being changed including air-conditioning of drivers cab and new windows.  The livery will be gris clair (pale grey, red doors and a blue line at floor level.
