SNCB type 12 steam locomotive stamp, Belgium

A streamlined 4-4-2 of which 6 were built in 1939 by Cockerill in Seraing, Belgium; retired in 1962. On 12 June 1939 a train hauled by one of these obtained the ruban bleu of steam passenger trains for having run the 92.4 km from Bruxelles to Bruges in 46 minutes, an average speed of 120.5 km/h and maxing out at 165 km/h. One has been preserved.

The blurb states "the first sheet of stamps in the world to open for you the magic window of augmented reality."  All right then...
