Seen in Wellington, this was one of the Union Steam Ship Company's fleet. Built in 1897 by Denny of Dombarton, Scotland, 3,915 grt, used to 1921, dismantled in Port Chalmers in 1927. Length: 350.4 feet (106.8 metres); breadth 44.1 feet (13.4 metres). Propulsion: Steam triple expansion T3cy, 531 nautical hp; speed 17 knots.
