railway tunnel in the rock wall
A 1920s postcard scene on the Karwendelbahn (also known as the Mittenwaldbahn, between Germany and Austria, see earlier post) showing a 204 metre long tunnel in the rock face above an alpine valley - a good modeller's theme.
