Age uncertain - 1970s? LTU stood for Lufttransport-Unternehmen and was based in Düsseldorf, Germany. It was founded in 1955 and lasted until 2009 when it was merged with Air Berlin.
It appears to be the reverse side of an LP cover. There's a list of songs on the left, and upper right looks like a catalogue number. If that's snow on the ground, the girls must've been a bit chilly!

You're right about it being the back of an LP cover. Maybe snow, but it seems quite thin. What small jet is it?
