This one is a Model ASX Light Six. There was also a smaller engined version labelled the ASY which had a smaller cylinder bore and was a 12hp. On carjam the engine size is given as 1400cc - probably in relation to the nominal horsepower being 14. Unfortunately, far too many people struggle with simple concepts of engine displacement and horsepower. I found a list of chassis numbers for these, and it would seem the car here is one of the very last built.
