Canadian Pacific DRS-10a switcher rumbles through Wellington

Obviously not Wellington NZ but Wellington in BC on Vancouver Island. A total 9 of the DRS-10a were built by Baldwin and another 13 by the Canadian Locomotive Works over the 1948-1950 period. Prime mover was a straight six 4-stroke dieel rated at 1,000 hp and fitted with an Elliott Turbocharger.  Only 1 engine survices today.  The pic belows shows the colors in the above pic.

The grade crossing in the top pic could be this one
